If you choose "Split Total Trip Cost", the total is divided among confirmed participants. When someone drops or joins, the per-person amount recalculates automatically for remaining balances.
No. TripCaddie works for any group trip — ski weekends, bachelor and bachelorette parties, family getaways, sports tournaments, and destination events. Golf trips just unlock an optional scorecard module.
Anyone with the link can view trip details without logging in. To lock a spot and pay, they create an account or sign in with email and password.
